Vision X Ripper Prime is developed in collaboration with Australia’s largest mine. Tested up to 60G without any damage, Ripper Prime handles the most extreme environments imaginable.
Both Ripper 12 and Ripper 20 were designed to work harder and longer than any other LED work lighting in its class. Ripper Prime handles up to 60G rms of intense vibration in the toughest conditions. These double-mounted lamps are the perfect solution to replace unreliable lamps in your workplace. It’s a great feeling to install a lamp and never have to worry about it.
IP-68 classification and waterproof to 3 meters water depth. The strong 6061 aluminum housing withstands a lot of external damage. Rubber suspended Heavy Duty attachment for minimal vibration and maximum flexibility during assembly. Designed and developed in the mine with only two goals in focus, maximum luminous flux with maximum service life!
Ripper Prime has therefore integrated both Electronic Thermal Management (ETM) and Prime Drive. The optics are 90% optically clean for maximum luminous flux from the diode. The 5W diode used provides an incredibly intense and daylight-like glow that is optimal in mines.
With a color temperature close to daylight, the eye perceives things more easily and does not get tired as quickly. With 20 5W Diodes, Ripper has a brightness of 10 560 lumens and is available in four different light images: 10°, 25°, 40°, 60°.
All lamps with Prime Drive can be easily connected to a dimmer that adjusts the light flux of the lamp. Dimmers are available for purchase as accessories.
